We are real estate developers with over a decade of experience, and a track record of developing high quality, modern design, affordable residential properties in Ikoyi, Lagos.
Our objective is to continue to improve the Lagos city landscape by infusing, excellence, innovation and modern technology into the residential properties segment. We are also focused on developing and maintaining a reputation of delivering high quality homes and buildings.
We’re well known for our innovation and by collaborating successfully with our customers, designers, sub-contractors, consultants as well as suppliers; we have been able to provide more specialized level of services. We are continuously evolving and understand the different aspects of delivering high value construction and complex projects with ease. We employ some of the most talented builders and our engineers, supported by our specialist teams, deliver unrivaled building services solutions.
Our Leadership
Tolu Okeowo (LLB. BL. MRes.)
Tolu Okeowo is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Grand Tower Construction. Since inception, Tolu has provided the foundation for the success of the company. His hard work and commitment to excellence and integrity have been the guiding principles for the success the company has accomplished over the years.
Tolu has over 20 years of experience in construction and real estate development, comes from a family of real estate developers and has successfully completed and sold luxury residential properties, particularly in high-brow Banana Island, Ikoyi, Lagos. He has in-depth knowledge and experience in Real Estate Development and Construction.
Tolu holds a Post Graduate Degree in Telecoms Law from the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow and a Master’s degree in Research from Birkbeck College, University of London, UK.
He is also a trained Business Analyst, a member of the Nigerian Bar Association and BCS, The Chartered Institute of IT, U.K. and a highly-accomplished Musician.
Dr. Mya Okeowo (LLB, LLM, MRes, Ph.D)
Dr. Mya Okeowo is a Co-Founder and Director of Grand Tower Construction. She has from inception played an integral role in the development of the company’s strategic goals as well as the management of key areas of the organization, particularly Legal and Advisory.
Dr. Mya holds a Master’s degree in Commercial Law from the University of Cardiff, Wales, a Master’s degree in Research as well as a Ph.D in Law, Children’s Rights, and Childhood from Birkbeck College, University of London, UK.
She also holds Diploma Certifications in Special Education Needs (SEN) and Advanced Training in Child and Youth Counselling. She is an Associate Member of the Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists of Nigeria (ACMPN).
